With over 10 years in finance and entrepreneurship, Shishir scaled Alpha Capital Real Estate to NPR 1 billion in turnover. He previously co-founded Exponent Marketing and led Kantipur Logistics to a successful exit at NPR 785 BVPS. A strategic thinker with expertise in financial analysis, real estate, and digital growth, Shishir builds trust through transparent, guideline-driven investing—powering Nepal’s next wave of wealth creation.
Shishir Bhattarai – Independent Director
is a Chartered Accountant with over 12 years of experience in finance, accounting, risk management, and business advisory. He has led complex assignments across statutory and internal audits, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, IFRS/NFRS reporting, and strategic financial management. As Founder of CA Firm Shishir B. & Associates and a financial consultant to leading development organizations including the World Bank Group, WWF Nepal and Practical Action, he has supported enterprises in strengthening governance, internal controls, and financial sustainability. His career also includes senior leadership roles in the insurance sector, where he managed multi-billion-rupee investment portfolio, regulatory reporting, and risk frameworks. Shishir holds a CA, M.Com, and DipIFR (ACCA, UK) and brings a strong commitment to integrity, analytical excellence, and long-term value creation.
Nirmal Singh K.C. – Director
Nirmal Co-founded Investors Platform. Has experience of running Different startups and Venture in Information Technology, Retail, Manufacturing. Has In-depth knowledge of business and believes in Value creation to all the stakeholder of business is the ultimate way of creating sustainable Business.
